In my experience, the checkout process was kind of annoying because my payment kept failing. It might have just been a glitch on my end, but it made the whole purchase take longer than expected...

I ordered from betsyandlace.com and returned the item because it didn’t fit right. The actual return process was simple, so I’ll give them that, but the wording on the site made the refund part sound way quicker and smoother than it really was.

Once they had the return, I expected my money back within the timeframe they seemed to imply, but it dragged on for longer than I was comfortable with. I had to follow up more than once, and the responses weren’t exactly fast either, which made the whole thing more frustrating.
I did eventually get the refund, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I really didn’t appreciate how misleading the wording felt. If it’s going to take a while, just say that upfront instead of making customers sit around wondering what’s going on.

Not gonna lie, the dress looked way better in the photos than it did when it arrived. The material felt kind of cheap, and the sizing just didn’t work for me. Shipping also took longer than I expected, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not the worst purchase ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again

I tried browsing the website, but it got frustrating. Umm, the pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work the way they should, and I kept getting lost just trying to find basic info. After a while, I just gave up.

I actually liked the item, but it didn’t fit right so I had to return it. And once again, the return process ended up being way more of a pain than it should’ve been. It was slow, a bit confusing, and I had to go back and forth over email more than expected. It did get sorted eventually, but I’m tired of dealing with the same kind of hassle every time.

The website itself is cute and easy enough to look through, but the inventory information could definitely be kept more accurate and up to date.

Im still waiting and its already been two full weeks. I get that delays happen, but this feels way too slow.

I ordered two dresses in the exact same size, and somehow they fit like they were from completely different brands. One was way too tight in the bust, and the other was loose all over. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so give me a break. It’s frustrating because now I have no idea what size to trust if I order again.

The messages I got were vague, so I kept having to ask the same question more than once. Maybe they were dealing with a lot of orders or something, but it made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be.

I mean, it looked really cute on and everything, but the fabric just wasn’t really doing it for me. After wearing it for a little bit, it started to feel kind of scratchy, which was a bummer because I was expecting it to be softer. It’s not terrible or anything, just, yeah, not comfy enough for me personally.

I gave it 4 stars because my order came just how I placed it. The size, color, and quantity were all correct, so no complaints there. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, happy with it.

I ordered the dress in what looked like a dusty pink, but when it showed up it was way more orange in person. I kept checking the photos on the site to see if I was imagining it, but they really don’t match at all. Kind of disappointing because I was expecting that soft pink shade. Has anyone else had this happen?

I ordered from betsyandlace.com the piece was lovelier than I expected once I saw it in person. The lace details were clean and delicate, and the stitching felt sturdy when I looked it over closely.
I was expecting it to arrive a little sooner, so that’s the only reason I’d knock off a star. Still, the quality met my expectations and then some, and it really does feel like it was made with care.

I just don’t think it’s worth the price. Disappointing.

I received my order and, to be honest, the quality just wasn’t there. The fabric felt really thin, and some of the stitching looked messy. It also didn’t match the photos as well as I expected. I can’t speak for everyone, but I think other customers would probably be disappointed too if they were expecting something higher quality. I wouldn’t order again

My order did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was disappointing. The website made it look like it would be packaged nicely and handled with more care, so I was a little confused when it showed up in a bent box with the lace barely protected inside. Nothing was actually damaged, thankfully, but for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more premium
